This beautiful set couldn't be easier to create. Simply apply 3 coats of Mayco Stroke & Coat Purple Haze (SC-53) to base -coat the items, and once dry, use a moulding mat to add the detail. Make sure you wash the moulding mat first if it is new, and then sponge SC-40 Blueberry Hill onto the mat surface. Then pat the colour onto the bisque surface. The detail on the princess' beautiful gown and the horse's mane was achieved by brushing on the darker colour first, and once the wet look disappeared, wiping it off the ridges. Then brush a coat of SC-53 over the top. Add any other detail you wish using colours of your choice. The princess' hair here is done with SC25 Crackerjack Brown. Doesn't she look perfect? By using Mayco Foundations Yellow to base-coat this pitcher and mug, Jane has managed to re-create the the feel of the 50s. This fabulous design has been created by applying 3 coats of Mayco Foundations Yellow (FN002) to the outside of the pieces. The inside has been roll-glazed with the same yellow (one coat mixed two parts glaze to one part water.) While the third outside coat is still wet, apply a paper doily over the surface. Brush Stroke & Coat Cotton Tail SC-16 in 1 - 2 coats over the doily and peel off paper once dry. There is no need to clear-glaze this piece. Stilt and fire to Cone 06 as normal. ANNIVERSARY OFFER:

It's a bit whacky, but these shapes seem to work together to make a great tea-set that looks like it comes straight from Alice-in-Wonderland. These three shapes complement each other when decorated in similar styles. Try it in different colour combinations - yellows would work well here too. CUP & SAUCER - 3 coats of SC70 Pink-a-Dot with further decoration using other Stroke & Coat colours on top. Use clear glaze to coat the inside of the cup. BOX - LID: 3 coats of SC70 Pink-a-Dot with cherry decorated using SC74 Hot Tamale. BASE: base coat with SC18 Rosey Posey.
